Final post!

This is my final blog post during genius hour. I had a really good time creating my two garments. My favorite part of the topic I chose for genius hour was that I got to create my own clothes. I've always wanted to do that and I'm happy that I have that skill now. My least favorite part about my topic was having to do it by hand because it was more tedious and my clothes were not as sturdy. I would have much preferred to use the machine and in the future I will definitely do so.

My favorite part about the whole genius hour project is simply the freedom to research whatever we want. We rarely get to whatever we want and I think it's a great way to learn.  My least favorite part about this was the short period of time. Like most people, I wish we had a longer period of time to research this. I think I would have had a better ending result if I had more time.

I learned that when I learn I am really interested in my topic and I have great ambitious thoughts about what I'll do and then if it's not what I expected I kind of get bored and I just don't want to do it, but I also learned that if I persevere I can do or learn great things.
